We aim that your Superheroes CD should reach you by the release date if purchased at least 10 working days before the release date. All CDs will be posted to meet the release date of the 29th May 2020. Some may arrive slightly earlier. If beyond this time we will have this with you within 14 working days of purchase for areas outside of Europe. Note only the first 100 copies will be signed and we will make an announcement through our social media when we have reached this point.

If you wish to return the undamaged CD at your own cost we will refund you the price of the CD minus the original postage we paid to send it to you. No questions asked. Note this will vary dependent on your location in the world.
If however there is any damage in transit to you then we will deal with this on a case by case basis. By either A. refunding some of the cost you paid to us if you are ok with the damage to cover perhaps a new jewel case to house the CD or B. or if you send this damaged copy back to us we'll send you a brand new copy and refund you your return postage on receipt of your damaged copy within 3 days. This if you also email us the postage receipt to us at ondrecordings@gmail.com together with photos of the damaged CD at your end.
In almost all cases the CDs we post will be tracked so there should be no losses. But if there is a loss that hasn't been confirmed delivered to your given address or signed for we will then address this within 3 days of your email either by sending you a new copy or refunding you.
